TRACKS SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Transracial Adoption Community Knowledge and Support (TRACKS) program partners with middle schools in TN to bring adoption and child welfare education, resources, and mentorship to transracial adoptive and foster families and their school communities. TRACKS equips school administrators, staff, and adoptive and foster parents with the tools they need to help transracial adoptees and foster youth thrive.
Community
Every person in a transracial adoptee or foster youth’s life has a role to play. TRACKS brings together a village to come alongside transracial families in their journey through community events and the annual TRACKS conference.
Knowledge
TRACKS brings comprehensive adoption and child welfare education to school communities. Our compassionate experts provide workshops on race and racism, loss and grief, and adoptive identity. Deepened knowledge empowers administrators, staff, and parents to understand, affirm, and protect children in their care.
Support
TRACKS provides ongoing support for transracial adoptees and foster youth through mentorship and monthly programming.
